Hi everybody, my name's Ian and I saw an advertisement for this on gamefaqs (in someone's sig) so I rolled on by. I saw this place didn't look half bad, so I joined. Yeah, that's all I've got to say about myself...

Good reason for joining the Fed! Yeah, I'm Ace and I'm about the only active admin here anymore. *Hands Odin a membership card* Really, it seems like I'm also the only active member here anymore, too. This fed thrives on Summer, and the schoolwork don't work good with it...

yea well you heard of the law of equalvalent exchange from FMA? well i believe it to be true, Human kind can not gain anything without giving something in return, to obtain something of equal value must be lost. This is alchemy's first law of equalvalent exchange.
Famous writers and authors have never been normal For their talent they give up a normal life, and for fame they give up their sanity. Ever notice this?

All good points, and most likely true. I agree. There is no such thing as a "free lunch." Say, Sabor, you looking to be a writer in the future?

Yes, and i am currantly researching different fantasy styles i am reading the Bartimaeus Trilogy it is very good so far i just started the third book. School does nothing for my future career. I am still not skilled enough to stretch out the plot of my book enough for it to be long enough to still be considered a book

Well, you look like you're heading in the right direction. I'm not much on fantasy, but if you wanted to be a fantasy writer, I'd reccomend reading a lot of J.R.R. Tolkien. And don't neglect your classics. I love Charles Dicken's writings. I'm one of few people in this age group that likes "A Tale of Two Cities."
